Courtney Oliviér was born in Great Falls, Montana to a military family and began performing on stage in local productions at age 4. As the family relocated every few years, she began and maintained competitive dance training including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern and Contemporary styles as well cheer and gymnastics into her high school years. Upon graduation, Courtney auditioned for and was accepted into Florida State University's Prestigious BFA Acting Program where she received extensive voice, movement and acting training. She studied contemporary and classic American theatre as well as classical/period drama. Included in her BFA training was a semester abroad in London, England where Courtney saw some of the worlds best theatre productions, received a gold certification in stage combat from the British Academy of Dramatic Combat and performed in various stage productions including Queen Isabel in Richard the II, and Anne in Richard the III. Courtney has traveled to over 15 countries and maintains advanced conversational French. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with her BFA Acting degree and minor in French Studies, Courtney immediately relocated to Los Angeles, CA. Her charisma, intelligence, winning spirit and passion has landed her roles on sci-fi pilots, shorts and feature films including Intrusion, Endeavor and LAid. She recently starred in feature film Natural Disasters, which opened the LA Women in Film Festival. Courtney continues to keep her instrument strong in the Theatre Community recently performing as the lead in "Say Something" by Marlowe Wyatt at the Moving Arts Theatre Company. July 14th 2020, Courtney wrapped a starring role the first feature film to be completed under the COVID guidelines in No More Goodbyes. She stars as Diane Roman, a lawyer mending a deeply estranged relationship with her father, as he takes in two foster boys on the run. As of 2021, her most recent credits include Altha, in the Netflix Series "From Scratch", directed by Nzingha Stewart based on the novel by Tembi Locke, led and executive produced by Zoe Saldaña under Cinestar and Reese Witherspoon's Hello Sunshine production banner. Shortly after, she wrapped the Lead Role as Wendy Woloft in the occult adventure film "Erzulie", a female led film incorporating Haitian and Louisiana voodoo as four women at a crossroads conjure a Mer queen in Deep South Louisiana. She is incredibly grateful for every moment on this journey as she continues to find success in the city of Angels.
