Kendal Smith, was born on July 6, 1985 in Dallas, Tx and he is the oldest of two children. Surprisingly, Kendal started out very shy, but soon found confidence in performing at church, elementary school, and doing public speaking in various locations. With the dream of one day becoming an entertainer, he began perfecting his skills in the theater, choir, and other extracurricular activities throughout high school- until he graduated from David W. Carter High in 2003. He later attended UT Tyler and UNT continuing to excel in acting and music, until he dropped out wanting to pursue his dreams full-time. In 2010, he went to KD studio for a short period of time and was recommended to search for an agent and dive right into the acting world. Kendal immediately began to build his portfolio by appearing in a number of short films, small commercials, and TV shows filmed in the Dallas, Tx area. His biggest roles up to date include the role of Grant in Carter High and the role of Tony in Never Goin Back. Throughout Kendal's career in acting, music has always played a major role in his life. Therefore he started a company that uses the arts to positively affect the community around him. The company's name is Strive Big Entertainment, where Kendal is the CEO.
