Travis is a Houston born, an extrovert, and he took his first acting class at the age of 36. Travis has studied the craft of acting with both Gary Chason (The Last Picture Show, Paper Moon) and Cathryn Hartt (Future World). Three months after his first acting class, he won his first award (Best Actor) for the short film, The Upskirt Shot. Two weeks later, Travis found himself on the newly relaunched Dallas TV series performing with Larry Hagman. As a result of Mr. Hagman's untimely passing, Travis' scenes were never used; Travis still considers it quite a honor to have had the opportunity to work with the TV icon. In 2013, Travis started auto racing, and continued to race for four seasons. He raced in SCCA, Chump, and Lemons endurance racing. As a life long movie/TV geek, he named his racing team NO MA'AM, after the TV show "Married with Children". Travis won exactly one race; Al Bundy would have been proud. In 2013 Travis was cast in his first TV pilot episode. Travis worked alongside Scott Bakula, Lucas Black and Tom Arnold on NCIS New Orleans as the aptly named Travis Cole in 2016.. Then, Robert Nielsen cast Travis to star in his film Hank & Honey in 2017. The film was well received, Robert Rodriguez's channel El Rey purchased the movie to run on their network. Travis was the only actor ever to be interviewed by El Rey. The interview was scheduled to run prior to the film on the El Rey network. In 2018, Travis' had his biggest TV break to date, when he was cast in a starring role on an episode of "Murder Comes to Town". Later the same year, Travis was chosen as a spokesman for a series of television advertisement's with CANAM. Travis co-starred in the feature film "Edgar Allan Poe's Decapitarium" (2019) alongside Sam Jones (Flash Gordon), Evan Vourazeris (Ozark) and Katusha Robert (Public Displays of Insanity); Travis was also tapped to co-star in two different comedy TV pilots the same year. Travis has won over 39 acting awards. He has also branched out into writing at the suggestion of his WGA screenwriting aunt Wanda Warner. Travis has written two award winning short movies and co-written on two in production features. 2019 T would be asked to be the 60th St. Patrick's day parade celebrity judge in Houston, TX. He smiled for 2 hours straight loving every minute of the fun. In the past six and a half years Travis has amassed 182 acting credits which includes feature movies, TV appearances, commercials etc.
